Project Manager with Primavera P6 experience A MUST Willing to relocate The Project Scheduler is responsible for the development and implementation of schedules for electrical construction projects while collaborating with Project Management and the Field Leadership Team to ensure that projects are completed according to contract and project performance goals.
Responsibilities of a Project Manager:
Reviews contractual requirements, to ensure that all essential labor and non-labor elements are captured in the development of the schedule.
(Including material, travel, and subcontractor costs)Create, update, and maintain the electrical construction schedule.
Works directly with Project stakeholders and customers to develop and maintain direct budgets.
Create work breakdown structures with project stakeholdersUtilizes various planning tools for schedule development including Gantt and Critical Path Method (CPM)network schedules.
Review critical path, cost loading, and schedule content.
Identify relationships, constraints, and milestones with the project work schedule.
Perform schedule impact analysis for change orders.
Develops and present schedule review documents/data to management and customers as required.
Keep detailed and current records of all project work including but not limited to drawings, correspondence, and schedules maintain and update drawings and all project filesThe duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position.

Project Manager must possess strong Software and Maintenance knowledge Primavera P6 A MUST Maintain all required software licenses required to complete workKeep current with new software as becomes available to replace, supplement, and enhance existing software programs in order to make work more effectiveProficient in Primavera P6Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

Pre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work tasks.
Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others, and bringing them to their attention.

Promote and encourage open communication between the field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed.
Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel.
Qualifications of a Project Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business related fieldMinimum 3 year's previous experience as a Construction Scheduler (Utility Construction Preferred)Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experienceProject manager Physical RequirementsAbility to maintain a consistent workload that involves long hours at a computer screen.
Office environment requiring sitting and standing.
Traveling to various construction sites is essential, exposing employees to outdoor elements, noise, and the need to stand and walk.
Proficient in Primavera P6Have demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problemsProficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
