As part of the Course Observer team, you will communicate via radio to race control and thru waving of flags to the drivers and safety team on the race trackYou will insure the safety of all by enforcing the rules of Road America
Qualifications:
All candidates must be at least 18 years of age, must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent verbal communication skills, good sight and hearing skills, and the ability to make quick decisions.Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, sit, stand, talk, hear, and use handsThe employee is subject to the outside environment conditions such as cold weather or extreme heatAlso, subject to noise and fast-moving objects.Hours:
