Now hiring in Plymouth, WIThe Admissions Staff is responsible for greeting customers as they enter the facility, scanning their tickets or selling tickets, answering any questions our customers have, and providing the best customer experience possible.Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
As part of the Admissions team, you will be responsible for greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and positive mannerProvide information and guidance to Road America guests and ensure they have the best experience possible at Road AmericaYou will be handling cash transactions for customers purchasing admission tickets, validating tickets already purchased, and providing excellent customer service to guests by fielding inquiries as they enter our facility.
Qualifications:
All candidates must be at least 16 years of age, must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent verbal communication skills, and be interested in motorsportsFlexible scheduling is needed as shifts include days, weekends, and holidays.Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, sit, stand, talk, hear, and use handsAlso, subject to noise and fast-moving objectsMust have the ability to lift at least 25 lbsoccasionally.Hours:
