The individual in this role will oversee employment marketing initiatives, and referral programs.
Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for processes and policies to ensure compliance with employment law.

What You Do.
Provides consultative support and recommendations to hiring managers and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
Actively engages in the design and delivery of talent acquisition policies and procedures aligned to workforce strategy Develops and oversees recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
Works closely with third party relocation partner concerning the administration of the relocation policy and makes recommendations for program enhancements to ensure our relocation benefit is competitive.
Monitors and evaluates the performance of recruiting strategies and sources and executes plans to improve results.
Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Writes and places job advertising in various media.
Develops and coordinates internal job posting program and writes job postings.
Initiates contact with possibly qualified candidates for specific job openings.
Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates, reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and provides information about the organization and position.
Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in organization.
Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs.
Builds relationships, makes public presentations and initiates community outreach with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract qualified applicants to support company recruitment initiatives.
Manages candidate applicant tracking software.
Manages background check policy and process.
Coordinates communications with Recruiters, HR Coordinators & applicants.
Develops and coordinates management training for screening and selection processes.
Manages the processes and systems to maintain accurate records of personnel transactions such as applicant and hire records to maintain compliance with government reporting requirements.
Stays current on equal opportunity and affirmative action regulations to ensure compliance in accordance with government requirements.
Maintains complete and steadfast confidentiality in all matters regarding recruitment, compensation and other appropriate human resource issues.
Your Education and Experience.
Bachelor degree in human resources, business, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.

years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, and a minimum of 2
years of direct supervision experience.
Experience with developing innovative and targeted sourcing plans such as social networking, college recruiting, intern programs and employee referral programs required.
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to recruiting, employment, EEO, and Affirmative Action required.
Talent Sourcing certifications (AIRS CIR) preferred.
