- Ability to efficiently and accurately pick, pack, and sort orders from an order list.
- Ability to restock warehouse bins and locations.
- Ability to use a handheld scanner to process orders.
- Ability to complete all necessary paperwork and record keeping related to each customer order.
- Ability to meet efficiency, accuracy, and safety goals to support customer service goals.
- Ability to meet standard line per hour requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
on a consistent basis.
- Ability to stand 10-12-hour shifts on a daily basis.
- Ability to push a cart.
- Ability to grasp, pinch parts.
Order Filler Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to take initiative and work well independently, or as part of a team.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- After proper training, willing to meet a piece rate.
