The Division of Adult Institutions is currently recruiting to fill an Offender Records Supervisor vacancy.
This position will be headquartered at Kettle Moraine Correctional Institution (KMCI) in Plymouth, WI.
Note:
This position is eligible to work remotely up to 2 days per week.

This position also provides technical services to persons in our care, DOC staff, and the public Salary Information Starting salary is between $40,476 and $74,588 per year, plus excellent benefits.
Pay on appointment for current and former state employees may vary according to the applicable pay transaction provisions of the compensation plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code.
This position is in pay schedule and range 81-04.
A 12-month probationary period is required.
Job Details Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the United States (i.
e.
, a citizen or national of the U.
S.
, a lawful permanent resident, an alien authorized to work in the U.
S.
without DOC sponsorship) at the time of application.
The Department of Corrections will conduct criminal background checks on applicants prior to selection to determine whether the circumstances of any conviction may be related to the job being filled.
Upon hire, all new DOC employees are subject to fingerprinting.
The Department of Corrections may conduct pre-employment drug screens.
Any applicant who is offered employment in a position which requires a pre-employment drug screen must pass the screen as a contingency to employment.
Applicants who fail or refuse the drug screen will not be given further consideration for employment.
Qualifications Minimally qualified applicants will have training and or experience in the following:
Performing complex mathematical calculations/computations, (e.
g.
performing sentencing calculations, establishing release dates, parole eligibility, mandatory release dates etc.
) Analyzing, interpreting and applying state and federal laws, administrative rules and regulations Monitoring regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and documents and document management laws.
In addition to the above, well-qualified applicants will have experience with the following:
Communicating with people outside the organization representing the organization to customers, the public, government and other external sources (i.
e.
by letter, phone, in person, virtually etc.
) Researching of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations executive orders, agency rules etc.
) Performing supervisory or leadership role duties (e.
g.
training, assigning, reviewing, evaluating the work of others etc.
