Process Control - in all aspects of the expanding and molding process to improve quality, control density, and reduce off-fall.
Drive Efficiency - Drive daily improvements in manufacturing efficiency.
Move the needle to reach KPI's.
Who Your Customers Are And How This Role Delivers Value To Them Your internal customers are the operators within the departments who use the material that you are expanding and molding.
Your external customers are our customers.
You'll provide value by continually working on the molding process to improve quality, reduce costs, and create sustainable molding processes.
You will be focused on driving efficiencies in all aspects of the molding process.
Responsibilities ? Maintain a safe work cell and environment ? Follow the expanding and molding process recipes and make minor adjustments to maintain the quality standards of the products being manufactured.
? Improve Quality of Products molded through improvements to the molding process ? Reduce costs through process improvements.
? Partner with the quality techs to modify recipes to improve density control and fusion levels.
? Warehousing of billets and proper inventory control.
Systems Used ? Plex- an online ERP system designed to streamline processes and information across the entire organization Requirements ? Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.
? Extensive Knowledge of or the ability to learn the EPS molding process ? Exceptional troubleshooting skills and problem solving techniques ? Good working knowledge of SOP's and Work Instructions ? Excellent Communication skills ? Ability to work with others in a team environment.
Compensation Compensation starts at $18.
50 per hour.
This role is full-time.
Bonus structure TBD based on both your own and the company's performance.
