$22-$26/hour DOEShift:
2nd, 3rdHours:
3pm-11pm Monday-Friday, 11pm-7am Sunday-ThursdayWhere the artistry of printing meets the precision of craftsmanship! This company is dedicated to bringing visions to life, meticulously and professionally.
We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join this team.
You will be operating large-scale printers, troubleshooting, and inspecting prints for quality concerns.
If you are technologically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and problem solving, this is the role for you!Printing Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Setup and operate high speed digital printing machines - Troubleshoot machine problems with urgency to limit downtime- Perform preventative maintenance on HP Indigo Printers- Follow all safety procedures and point out any safety concerns- Maintain quality compliance of product according to customer specifications- Drive efficiency improvements to meet the organization's KPI goals- Understand the daily priorities and flawlessly executePrinting Operator Requirements:
- Motivated for fast-paced environments- Strong ownership of high-speed equipment production- Lean manufacturing and problem-solving expertise- Data analysis and timely decision-making- Get it done on time, with high quality mindset- Accountable and quick learner- Effective project management and follow-through- Team player committed to personal growth
