Packaging Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Area, equipment, and personal sanitation- Weigh cheese when applicable- Unpack block cheese- Keep line stocked with product to ensure no down time- Review order specifications to perform quality checks against customer orders- Place and inspect labels on blocks of cheese as they are packaged- Package cheese after inspectionPackaging Requirements:
- Lift up to 55lbs of cheese repetitively- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes- Ability to communicate with line personnel- Follow strict GMPs- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
