Highlights of the role:
No ADLS - more time to focus on spending your day providing companionship, guidance, and de-escalations techniques to your patients.
Work with the interdisciplinary team to have successful patient outcomes by reporting and recording patient behaviors, interactions, vitals, and responses to interventions.
Paid orientation and training provided, receive 3 weeks of formal training including assistance obtaining certifications.
Great opportunity for students-lots of space to gain more skills or work on your studies while your patients are away for the day/night.

PRN- M-FThurs-Monday Evening/Night hoursWeekend Only 9am to 9pm- benefits eligible!Weekend Only 1230pm to 1230am-benefits eligible!Education/Training Requirements:
Associate degree preferred.
Must have experience in public or private institutional care for the type of population the residence serves.
Certified Peer Recovery Specialist certification is required within 30 days of employment start date NARCAN certification required during onboarding.
CPR certification is required to be completed within 30 days of employment start date.
Hold a valid Wisconsin drivers license and have a good driving record.
Successfully pass the Caregiver Background Check.
Must be able to complete 2 weeks of full-time training that occurs during normal business hours.
Training is located in Brown Deer, Wisconsin.
Reimbursement for travel expenses will be provided.
