Models Sartori core values and fosters an inclusive and engaging environment for all team members.
Leads the evaluation of their team and coordinates learning opportunities with company resources to enhance team development.
Evaluates, coaches, and guides team members needing development and ensures the progressive disciplinary process is followed.
Leads and supports plant safety policies and processes.
Encourage and promote career advancement opportunities with team members.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams on the commercialization process of new products and manufacturing processes.
Develops shift staffing roadmap to meet production plans and partners with HR to ensure open positions are filled in a timely manner.
Develops and implements countermeasures to address areas of underperformance.
Leads and supports performance review process for assigned shift.
Drives cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement continuous improvements for team member safety, product quality, and plant efficiencies.
Collaborates with the planning team on schedule optimization, analyzing manufacturing capacity constraints.
Supports regulatory and customer audits.
Backup Provision:
In the absence of the Production Supervisor, the Converting Manager will fulfill the food safety responsibilities of the Converting Supervisor.

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma required.
Associate of Arts Degree (A.
A.
) in supervisory management or another related field, required.
Associate degree must be completed within the established timeline after hire if candidates do not currently have it.
A minimum of 5 years related experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Converting and food manufacturing experience is highly desired.
Experience leading other leaders is preferred.
