We provide different services such as Post-acute care, long-term care senior living, memory care, ventilator care, hospice care, rehabilitation, respite programs, medical and testing services.
As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated LPN's to join our team. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who combines leadership capacities with a caring, patient and adaptable personality, plus strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities. In addition, you should have strong clinical assessment and independent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure within a fast-paced environment. It is also important that you demonstrate remarkable verbal, written, communicational and interpersonal skills.
Applicants must:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing from a state accredited LPN program
Valid LPN license in the State of Wisconsin
Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, governmental
agencies/personnel and the general public in all circumstances
