Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

  • Develops training plans for Team Members on the standard operating procedures, sanitation, food safety, and safe working practices.

  • Coaches Team Members to fulfill and exceed requirements of their positions, encourages cross-training to ensure adequate distribution of skills for current and future operations.

  • Actively participates in root cause analysis and develops and implements corrective action and continuous improvement plans to increase product quality, plant efficiency and reduce operational costs.

  • Works with the Team Leaders and Quality Team Members to act as the first line of reporting for quality related issues, identifies the quality issue(s) and determines course of action.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves manufacturing and sanitation process and equipment issues to ensure daily production targets are being met.

  • Coordinates with Maintenance and outside vendors to schedule maintenance activities in order to minimize downtime.

  • Monitors and controls downtime by identifying chronic issues and eliminating their source using Maintenance, other Supervisors and Converting Manager as resources.

  • Develops and implements program activities designed to enhance production flow.


Associate?s Degree in Operations, Leadership or other related field, required.

Minimum of 3 years leading a Team to high levels of performance in a manufacturing environment.? Food manufacturing experience, desirable.

????????? Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking and analytical skills, inductive, and deductive reasoning and creativity for problem solving.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
